Friday, March 4, 2022 - Classic Central pinot - cherry notes with earthy and thyme notes. Medium + body, medium acid and medium tannins. Round, and slightly chalky palate with a lovely finish. Could easily go another 3-5years and be in it's 'sweet spot'.
