Sunday, April 18, 2021 - Good wine with the 2005 problem. That is, it will take forever for these to become approachable. Double-decant and wait for a day. I cannot even think about the classified growths and how many years they will need. Be patient, very. Day three, lovely fruit but still tannins galore.
