Monday, April 8, 2024 - Last bottle but this still has time ahead of it. Wonderful. Searing acidity balanced by real depth of flavor. Firm bright fruit - passion fruit, lemon peel, good dense extract of chalk and stone. This is everything that Chablis should be without that je ne sais quoi but i bet it would be hard to tell the difference unless you did a side by side comparison. Stunning wine and still young.
