Sunday, September 4, 2016 - Probably better with food. Though refreshing doesn't have the depth to go alone. Definately a restrained low manipulation style. Light yellow color with a musty nose that has a hint of lemon and steel. Palate is light but not crisp with a creaminess that follows to finish. Again, lemon peel, beeswax, must, and minerality. Would have guess Jura. Did gain depth and intensity with time open.
