Friday, October 21, 2016 - Pale yellow core to a clear meniscus in the glass. Wonderful nose of green fruit, lemon and mineral. I get the 'creaminess' that others have noted, and agree that it did not detract from the wine. Palate followed the nose with a crisp clean finish.

Will hold on to the other bottle for a few years to see how it evolves, but delicious now.
