Community Tasting Note

wrote:

Thursday, May 14, 2015 - Massive nose: sweet, fruity, and alcoholic. Notes of brandy, vanilla, blackcurrant, oven smoke, and burnt spices. Palate is concentrated and sweet, but shows good acid and tannin. Flavours of blackcurrant, blueberry, rhubarb, anise, hibiscus, and violet, with strong notes of bitter spice: pepper, clove, cumin.
