Wednesday, February 16, 2022 - Drinking beautifully but still a bit of tension on the back fruit. Needs a long decant and/or several more years for everything to mend beautifully and to develop those secondary and tertiary flavors.
Nose of red and black fruit, herbs and leather / tobacco with prominent tannins on the finish. Will save remaining bottles for 2023 - 2027.
