Monday, May 16, 2016 - The wine looks straw colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit, apple and melon. It tastes like grapefruit and mineral (maybe a slight hint of melon too). The body is light/medium. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
