Saturday, September 30, 2017 - I've been looking for a bottle of Ashan since I found some at the Gorman tasting room, but it was allocated for members and not for sale. The heart wants what it can not have!

Superb balance, toasty oak, cantaloupe, green apple, golden raisin, poached pear, vanilla ice cream. Silky long finish. A stunner. Was worth tracking this down for sure.
