Friday, May 23, 2008 - Casual Friday Night Steaks (Home): Decanted for 3-4 hours. Full purple color. Big clean black fruit nose with classic cedar notes. Big bold black fruit with coffee and black spice on the palate. Still quite tight and young, but good stuffing here.
