Sunday, September 2, 2018 - This is drinking so well right now. On PnP it was very good, but a little tight. Let the bottle breathe for about 45-60 minutes (I should have decanted for the sediment). When dinner was ready, this was singing. Notes of dark berries, charcoal / charred oak, flowers, and earth. Wonderful mouthfeel. I'm sad I only have one.
