Monday, December 31, 2018 - A small sample from Enomatic in Hedonism Wines. No sign of aging on the rim. As with SQN wines, the nose is almost overpowering. Such intensity of fruit. A heady compote of black fruit that never drops in intensity. It’s the same on the palate. The finish stays for minutes. Amazing.
