Monday, August 22, 2016 - Like drinking dark, dark red tart bing cherries. We tend to like those Mendocino area pinots as they're a little bigger and bolder than some of the other CA pinots. She had grilled king salmon and I had a grilled chicken breast and this went very well with both ... and she doesn't like pinots unless they're a bigger and more tart. Great balance.
