Thursday, July 28, 2016 - Good fruit on the nose but with slight floral, vegetal, asparagus notes. Still mainly tropical fruit on the palate with pears at the end but the wine's acidity seems more prominent than in the last bottle. Similar after a night in the 'fridge. A good partner to a chicken stir-fry.
