Saturday, May 14, 2022 - Decanted for a couple hours. Medium to full bodied. An excellent blend of minerals and earth with dark fruit in the background. Very, very smooth wine with a long finish. I think it’s in its peak drinking period. An absolutely wonderful wine that paired well with a Waygu tenderloin.
