Thursday, December 28, 2023 - Turkey night with friends: I should probably slow down with opening these, but they are in the zone and I can't imagine this wine improving. This is aging nicely. Toffee, creme brulee, orange rind and apricot. Just about everything you want from a sauternes. Climens has been very good to me over the years.
