Saturday, May 22, 2021 - It's beautiful wine, 100% Paloma style. PnP and drinking beautiful. This was our last bottle and at it's prime. I would not recommend holding this wine any longer. Jammy red fruit was apparent on the nose at opening. Did not decant, after 30 minutes in the glass earthiness come to the front palate, followed by minerality, cedar and graphite. Really nice wine.
