Saturday, January 30, 2016 - A Loire Afternoon (SF Wine Trading Company, Tofino Wines, and Home): Duller yellow. Very forward aromatics of smokiness and grapefruit. Less weight than the Boulay, but great clarity and focus of tart citrus. This is also excellent Sauvignon with a few years of aging potential that is showing much better than it was several months ago when it had just landed.
