Saturday, May 26, 2018 - Willamette Valley Weekend Visit; 5/26/2018-5/27/2018: Tasting at the winery. Lots of black cherry throughout with charming nose showing a trace of sausage. Similar flavors, just less forward today, with meaty spice in the middle and a slightly backward finish. I suspect a few years in the cellar have been kind to this wine, and a few more years will help further.
