Sunday, May 10, 2015 - My wife has always liked Stag's Leap Fay but we don't get to drink it that often, living in Bangkok. We opened this last Saturday night at Sensi and were more than satisfied with this one. It was still going strong but was soft around the edges, smooth, slightly sweet; in a word, perfect, for the evening. Enjoy now, not sure how long the wine will stay at this level.
