Wednesday, November 28, 2018 - You've heard of Marky Mark, this wine is darky dark. A nose of dark fruit, licorice. The palate belies its age. Thick and chewy tannins that hit both front and mid palate. Notes of licorice and cassise, strawberry. This wine packs a whallop but in a very good way. Makes me wish I was enjoying some good BBQ. Nice long finish that's never bitter.
