Sunday, September 3, 2023 - Slightly better than my last bottle (this is my 14th bottle in the last couple of years).

Mature vintage Champagne, still going strong. Lots of toast, chalk, ripe berries, and a hint of honey (40% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay).
