Friday, October 16, 2020 - This was a little more open this time — blackberries, Graham cracker, hints of nutmeg and cinnamon sticks. Medium+ tannins and a little more blackberry pie filling. Well integrated palate with a really nice lift through the mid-palate that gives it both density and balance. A little bit limited on flavor intensity but nicely balanced.
