Friday, December 17, 2010 - Been a year since I had this at USQ in NYC ... this time at home, popped and poured at the 11.5 C cellar temperature (warming up quickly, of course); it is quite open, lovely wine, singing with Grenache fruit, mature, but in no way dying. Kirsch, provencal herbs dominates. Lovely.
