Sunday, August 14, 2011 - The bottle was double decanted a couple of hours in advance of drinking. The cork and wine were in good shape. The wine opened up nicely and exhibited rich, mature fruit and some spice. If I had more I would not worry about keeping it a few more years but it was very enjoyable now.
