Sunday, January 4, 2015 - Bricked red with edges of amber in color, this wine showed tired notes of garrigue, black cherry and candied Jolly Rancher on the nose. The mouth feel has clearly lost most of its verve and brought an acidic tone. The finish was short to medium in length with tobacco and green bell pepper tones.

Purchased in 2014 for $45US, this wine is clearly fading and already on the downside of its drinking window. Drink now, right now. Even my excellent entree of veal medallions at Tastebuds BYOB in New Hope, PA couldn't bring life back to this offering.
