Monday, September 14, 2015 - Drinking beautifully. Quick nose of Vanilla and bright (almost bing) cherry. Palate had same initially but then settled down into a nice earthy, fruity, fabric with blackberry, forest floor, and a bit of blueberry along with nice crushed rock dryness.
It's not going to get better than this, drink it!
