Saturday, October 22, 2005 - Double decanted for ~4 hours. Yowza...what a kirsch bomb nose...could not stop inhaling this one! On the palate, glycerine-laden cherry cough syrup...but in a good way. The nose alone on this wine is worth the price of admission. Can't wait to see how it develops.
