Monday, May 19, 2008 - Decided to drink this sole bottle based on recent concerns over its' pasing. For good, this bottle was nice, had with my brother-in-laws ribs, Arthur Bryant's sauce, and a highly spiced side of lentils and caramelized oinions

Color: Cloudy, but solid color with just a 1/4" of orange on the rim
Nose: a bit of barnyard and plum and a small bit of violet. Very floral nose although not specific.
Mouth: Very clear cherry profile, backed by a flank steak and a touch of good black licorice. Solidly sweet, no baby fat. Very very fine tannins showing strong on the finish covering the mouth and teeth.
