Sunday, June 7, 2020 - Medium pale ruby red.
Sweet red berries, leather, a little earth.
Supple, lightly spiced, plums and damson, leather, a nice gamey streak through it. All very well balanced. Certainly developed but on a lovely plateau where fruit still dominates.
