Sunday, May 5, 2019 - Completely missed the fact that this was a Sec when choosing it for dinner pairing, but what a perfect mistake.
Complex deep taste with ocean spray, brioche, grilled lemon/lemon curd and oyster shells with a pleasant "dirty note" to keep it all interesting.
Comment from the sommelier serving "this is probably the best tasting champagne in the room tonight". Absolutely splendid!
