Wednesday, February 9, 2022 - Not sure what to think of this wine. Decanted for 30 min and it had a rather metallic edge to it. Over time the wine mellowed but evolved to a rather sour note. The wine was sound and I can see the Burgundy comparison but the wine comes up short on all fronts.
