Tuesday, February 27, 2018 - Light gold to yellow color. Aromas of petrol, wet slate, lime, pear, and chalk dust. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of pear, green apple, lime, and minerals. Not too exciting, but a fine dry riesling for sushi, oysters, and lighter fare.
