Thursday, September 1, 2011 - Good freshness on the nose with nice spiciness, herbs, licorice and currant bush (foliage and berries together). Taste is very tight, delicious but lacks some length on the finish. (oddly enough, the 2005 felt tighter and more restrained than the barrel sample of the 2010)
