Monday, July 3, 2023 - This is a grand cru and you can tell. Very balanced and classy. Nice nose. Good weight in mouth. Very smooth, no bite, perhaps lacking acidity which could have made it racier and garnered a higher score. The finish was the best part, very long and intriguing flavors that made me want another sip. A very good wine, quite enjoyable, but given its status and price, I would have liked it to be bigger and more intense. But still, a lovely mouthful and one I look forward to repeating (one bottle left).
