Friday, December 29, 2023 - This one showed as well as I had hoped. Medium to deep gold. Very similar to my notes of 2023 /07/08. Yellow apple, lemon zest, almond and minerals undertones on the nose. The palate just delivers elegance; nothing missing, nothing out of place. So pure.
