Wednesday, June 22, 2022 - My second bottle of 3. Not that different from 4 years ago. Fully mature. The fruit and acidity are consistent for chablis, I wish there was more (or at least some) seaspray/salinity/minerality. Fairly underwhelming for a 1er chablis.
