Saturday, September 25, 2010 - Wine Dinner at Fond, Philadelphia, PA (Fond, Philadelphia, PA): Tasted non blind at a wine dinner. Opened and glass decanted briefly before serving. Followed over about two hours. Dark garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of leather, roasted meat, plums and berries. Flavors of currants, plums, berries and cherries. Medium acidity, medium tannins, medium body. Drink now. 91-?
