Thursday, October 29, 2015 - Faint gold tint and some decent viscosity when I swirl it in the glass. The nose is fresh, lemony, a little grassy. Has a pretty lively minerality that lasts on the tongue for maybe 15 seconds, then veers off towards something just short of unpleasant. All-in-all not bad. An affordable and easy to drink pairing with something spicy.
