Monday, July 17, 2017 - This is a restrained style - Closer to a crisp burgundy chablis, then a typical napa style.
Flavors of lemon, apple with good acidity. One in the group thought this was a Sauvignon Blanc because of the style.
Had with fresh seafood - nice combo
