Saturday, December 2, 2017 - Drinking beautifully now. Decanted it to watch it develop from a tightly closed, almost thin wine into a deep, dark, velvety one. Still dark red in colour. Tannins still present, it will go a while still, but very soft, giving great structure. The fruit all dark berries, some lovely dark chocolate. Much more than that but cannot remember it all. Will put the last bottle off a few years.
