Friday, December 11, 2015 - Good dry Muscat, not incredibly perfumed (as they can be), but with a certain minerality/salinity that gives it lift. Muscat-based wine can be overbearing and/or boring, but this is neither. This will pair beautifully with Asian cuisine or other light, vegetable-based dishes.
