Thursday, October 20, 2016 - Paitin Wine Tasting with Giovanni Paitin (Plum Market - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Fat red cherry that seems slightly sweet but with just moderate weight and length. Food would have helped mask some minor deficiencies.
