Saturday, April 17, 2010 - Some leather, tobacco and cherry on the nose. This was still quite tannic even after a long decant and had some flavors of cherry, black fruits and earth. Needs more time?

1/14/2013 5:54:00 PM - Thanks for the update. Tried a bottle shortly after arrival. Mentally catalogued it as a wine to bury. A 2000 to drink now and for a good while is Sociando Mallet. All leathery and minerally and loads of silky polymerized tannins.
