Wednesday, January 23, 2019 - Nez de cassis, épices...clou de girofle...poivre, chocolat noir. Quelle belle structure ! Saveurs de fruits noirs...un vin riche et gras...sensation d'umami. Très long...équilibré...harmonieux ! Excellent ! Prêt à boire...d'ici 2020.
