Monday, May 14, 2007 - Poured with BBQ pork spare ribs and honey baked beans. Color is deep purple, verging to black. Pretty tight for the first two hours, and I didn't think the nose really ever came around. Once it had opening up, though, the palate showed rich dark fruits, some cassis, and good depth. Not bad at all for the price.
