Thursday, November 25, 2021 - Fantastic Pommard (medium body) burgundy. The wine was perfect, and may be even a bit young. I am sure it can last at least 5 more years.

Opened the bottle around 1pm for a 6pm drink. Decanted it around 5pm and gave it an hour in the decanter.

Leather, Earth and some baking spices (cloves) that slowly fade to give some nice dark cherry notes. Low acidity, low tannins and some nice finish that lingers in the mouth for sometime.
