Sunday, July 9, 2023 - Totally agree with collector1855‘s recent note. this is in a great spot. double decanted (1.5h in the decanter). was really accessible from the beginning. typical left bordeaux nose with plum, darkish berries, tobacco, hints of leather and pencil lead.
i‘d say this is in a transition phase. while you can easily drink and enjoy it right now with some good amount of tertiary aromas and still primarly fruit, you can for sure keep it for another decade.
