Thursday, July 16, 2015 - Dark in the glass. A delicate note of tobacco, cocoa. The palate is much richer, boasting a vibrant minerality and acidity - beautifully balanced and inviting. Notes of tobacco, cassis, smoke, mocha. There is a lot going on with this wine. Gorgeous. Nice long finish. Paired with grilled (BGE) tenderloin, a perfect match.
