Friday, June 12, 2009 - Day Two with more than 24 hours open and half ot the bottle left today the wine is still dominated by strong scents of Bartlett Pear, with subtle tones of mango, pineapple, citrus, and toasted oak. In the mouth the wine has gained a little weight and is more a full bodied wine with lingering flavors of lemons, pineapple, minerals, and a light lingering note of cedar along a medium length finish.
